    Dr. Sergio Kuttler received his Dental Degree in 1978, from the Universidad Tecnologica De Mexico, Mexico City, Mexico. For many years, he focused on general and pediatric dentistry. In 1984 Dr. Kuttler received his Endodontic Certificate from the University of Southern California. Since graduating USC, he has been full time in academia and has practiced exclusively endodontics.

    His major areas of scientific research interest include the performance of nickel-titanium endodontic instruments, three dimensional obturation of the root canal space; root canal irrigation and restoring endodontically treated teeth. Dr. Kuttler is the Co-Inventor of the WaveOne and WaveOne Gold File that has transformed the world of Endodontics by using a single instrument to perform the entire root canal treatment.

    Dr. Kuttler is a world-renowned endodontist and an internationally recognized lecturer. He has presented over 500 national and worldwide courses and has lectured in over 35 countries throughout 5 continents. He is the author of numerous scientific papers published in peer-reviewed journals, and a contributing author in six endodontic textbooks. He serves/served on several editorial boards of journals (JOE, ENDODONTIC TOPICS, ENDODONTIC PRACTICE [US], ROOTS, Endo Tribune, Journal Of The Mexican Dental Association).

    Dr. Kuttler is the former founding Chair and Postgraduate Program Director at the Universidad Tecnologica De Mexico, Mexico City, Mexico, former Chair of the Endodontic Department and Associate Dean For Advanced Education Programs at Nova Southeastern University College Of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Currently, he is Co-Founder of the International Dental Institute and President/CEO International Endodontic Institute in Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, USA.

    George A. Bruder, D.M.D. – Dr. Bruder was the founding Chair of the Department of Endodontics and Director of the Advanced Specialty Education Program in Endodontics at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine from 2006 – 2015. In 2012, Dr. Bruder was awarded the prestigious Edward M. Osetek Educator Award from the American Association of Endodontists and is also a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, National Dental Honor Society.

    Dr. Bruder is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and the Coordinator of Micro-Endodontics and Endodontic Technologies in the Advanced Graduate Program in Endodontics at Harvard School of Dental Medicine.

    Dr. Bruder has delivered more than 500 lectures both nationally and internationally and published numerous articles on Micro-Endodontics and Endodontic technologies. In addition, he has authored and co-authored numerous text book chapters including the chapter on non-surgical Micro-Endodontic Retreatments with Dr. Robert R. White in Color Atlas of Endodontics, by Dr. William Johnson.

    Currently, Dr. Bruder divides his time between his family, private practice in Manhattan, NY, and providing the ultimate in hands-on participation continuing education programs held in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, at the facility he co-founded with Dr. Sergio Kuttler, International Dental Institute – Forever Learning (IDIFL). Dr. Bruder serves as CFO and Director at IDIFL.

    Dr. Berman received his dental degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, and his Certificate in Endodontics from The Albert Einstein Medical Center. He is Clinical Associate Professor of Endodontics at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and a Clinical Instructor and Guest Lecturer at The Albert Einstein Medical Center. He has lectured internationally in the field of endodontics, and has published in several peer reviewed international dental journals as well as co-authoring textbook chapters on numerous topics in various endodontic textbooks. He is past president of the Maryland State Association of Endodontics and is a member of the Journal of Endodontics Scientific Advisory Board. Dr. Berman is the co-author of the chapter on Diagnosis and the chapter on Root Fractures in Cohen’s Pathways of the Pulp, where he is the co-editor of the textbook with Dr. Kenneth Hargreaves. He is also the senior editor and contributing author of the comprehensive textbook, Dental Traumatology. A board certified endodontist and Fellow of the American College of Dentistry, Dr. Berman has been in full time private practice in Annapolis, Maryland for the past thirty-two years.

  • Dr. Stephen Niemczyk

    Dr. Niemczyk graduated from the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Dental Medicine, receiving his D.M.D. in 1982 and his postgraduate Endodontic certificate in 1984. Since 1995, Dr. Niemczyk has been the Director of Endodontic Microsurgery at Harvard University in Boston, MA and Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. He also serves as a surgical consultant to the Postgraduate Endodontic Program at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD, and the U. S. Army Endodontic Residency Program in Fort Gordon, GA. Dr. Niemczyk has lectured extensively in the U.S., Central America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia on topics ranging from Microsurgery and Intentional Replantation to advances in Non-Surgical Endodontics and Cone-Beam CT. He has authored numerous papers, a chapter on Microsurgery in Dental Clinics of North America, and is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board for the Journal of Endodontics and the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Medicine and Pathology. He is the founder of Endodontic Microsurgical Innovations, dedicated to the development of new treatment techniques and instrumentation. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, and maintains a full time practice limited to Endodontics in Drexel Hill, PA.

  • Robert Roda, D.D.S., Ms.D.

    Dr. Roda graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada in 1981 and maintained a full-time private general practice in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia for ten years. He returned to school at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas Texas, and received his Masters of Science (Oral Biology) and Certificate in Endodontics in 1993. He became a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics in 1998. Dr. Roda has published and lectured internationally, most recently co-authoring the chapter on non-surgical retreatment in the 11th edition of Pathways of the Pulp. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Baylor, Past President of the American Association of Endodontists, and is an active member the American Dental Association. Dr. Roda is an Associate Editor of the Journal of Endodontics, and is the Endodontic Consultant to the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners. He maintains a private practice limited to Endodontics in Scottsdale, Arizona.

  • Anil Kishen BDS, Ph.D.

    World-renowned Educator and Researcher

    Anil Kishen graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Madras, and a Master of Dental Surgery in Endodontics & Operative Dentistry from the Tamilnadu Medical University, Madras, India. He subsequently received his PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. In 2003, he joined the National University of Singapore as an Assistant Professor and was later promoted as Tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry. In 2009 he moved to the University of Toronto in Canada, where he is currently a Full Professor & Head of the Discipline of Endodontics. He has published over 125 peer-reviewed publications, and is a co-inventor in 8 patents and invention disclosures. He is a recipient of many awards and honors including, The Enterprise Challenge Innovator Award in Singapore, Honorary Diplomate of the Indian Board of Endodontics, the AAE Foundation-Denstply-Research Excellence Team Award (Principal Investigator) and the Journal of Endodontics Publication Award. He has published 19 book chapters, and has co-edited three books. He serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Endodontics, Endodontic Topics and BMC Microbiology. And serves as an Editorial Board Member for several international journals. At the University of Toronto, Dr. Kishen is involved with the undergraduate/graduate teaching, and is the Principal Investigator of a laboratory that focuses on Photo-Therapeutics and Nanomaterial research. His research is funded by the Canadian Foundation of Innovation, American Association of Endodontists Foundation and Natural Sciences & Engineering Research Council of Canada.

  • Robert London, D.D.S.

    Dr. London is Clinical Professor of Post-Doctoral Periodontics at University of Washington in Seattle. He received his DDS degree from UCLA School of Dentistry in 1979, and his certificate in Periodontics from the University of Washington in Seattle. He was formerly Professor and Director of Graduate Periodontics at Nova Southeastern University in Florida, USA, and at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. He became full time faculty in 1991 after 11 years in full time private periodontal and implant practice. He is a member of the editorial review board of the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants, Journal of Periodontology, and Clinical Advances in Periodontics, and consultant for the Washington State Department of Health. A Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, Doctor London has researched bone grafting, guided tissue regeneration, physiology of implant surface/bone interactions, and implant therapy, including esthetic and tissue responses to custom CAD/CAM abutments. Doctor London has published book chapters and scientific articles in peer reviewed journals and lectures extensively nationally and internationally.

    Dr. Enrique Kogan received his Dental Degree in 1978, from the Universidad Tecnologica De Mexico, in Mexico City, Mexico; in 1980 Dr. Kogan received his Prosthodontic Certificate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC). He has been involved in academics since his graduation from UMKC, and practicing exclusively Prosthodontics and Restorative Dentistry. His major areas of scientific research interest includes adhesive and restorative materials and techniques, restoring endodontically treated teeth. Dr. Enrique Kogan is an innovator and creator of the fiber post system “Peerless Post” (Kavo/Kerr). Dr. Kogan is a world-renowned prosthodontist and internationally recognized lecturer, he has presented over 200 national and worldwide courses and lectures. He is the author of numerous scientific papers published in peer-reviewed journals as well as dental magazines, and contributor author in an operative dentistry textbook. Dr. Kogan is former Prosthodontic Program Director, Universidad Tecnologica De Mexico, Mexico City, Mexico and former Visiting Professor at Nova Southeastern University, College Of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Kogan is a Diplomate of the Mexican Board Of Oral Rahabilitation And Maxillofacial (Consejo Mexicano De Rehabilitacion Oral Y Maxilofacial).     Dr. Carmen Bonilla received her Doctor Of Dental Surgery degree in 2000, from the Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla (BUAP), in the state of Puebla, Mexico. She practiced as a general dentist for many years. Dr. Bonilla received her Endodontic Certificate from the Universidad Autonoma de Tlaxcala (UAT) in 2005. She has been involved in academia since her graduation from UAT, and has practiced exclusively in Endodontics.

    Her major areas of scientific research interest include regenerative endodontics, trauma and root canal irrigation. Dr. Bonilla is an internationally recognized lecturer and author of several scientific papers published in peer-reviewed journals, as well as, dental magazines.

    Dr. Bonilla is an Assistant Professor at the Endodontic Department at Nova Southeastern University College Of Dental Medicine and a Faculty member at the International Dental Institute (IDI) and International Endodontic Institute (IEI) in Fort Lauderdale And Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Dr. Aranguren is an internationally recognized lecturer; he is the author of numerous scientific papers published in peer-reviewed journals as well as dental magazines. Dr. Aranguren is coauthor of the book “Microdentistry a practical guide” (2014). Dr. Aranguren is Associate Professor of Endodontics at the University Rey Juan Carlos of Madrid and Director of the Postgraduate program in Endodontics and Restorative Dentistry at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. He is also a Faculty member at the International Dental Institute (IDI) and International Endodontic Institute (IEI) in Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. He is member of the executive committee of the Spain Society of Endodontics, Member of the American Association of Endodontics and Member of the Carl Zeiss Dental Academy.

  • Marsi Olson D.A.

    Ms. Marsi Olson comes to IDIFL with a vast wealth of experience in the endodontic field. Marsi started as an endodontic assistant and team leader in 1994. She continues to be recognized for her contributions and knowledge in perfecting proper work flow by attendees and faculty. At IDIFL Ms. Olson shows the importance of building and maintaining a positive team culture, atmosphere and creativity.
