Dr. Kogan, is an internationally known prosthodontists who will review current materials and techniques when placing direct and indirect restorations (partial and full) and posts used during the restoration of an endodontically treated tooth.

Refund Policy
This course requires extensive preparation by IDIFL for each attendee. Cancellation requests must be received at least four weeks prior to the start of this hands-on, limited enrollment course. However, if attendees need to cancel, they will receive 75 percent of the tuition, or tuition minus costs that are unrecoverable (whichever is less). The remaining funds may be applied toward future courses. Registration fees for those failing to attend will be forfeited no exceptions. While we try to confirm each course four weeks prior, please be aware that The International Dental Institute FL is not responsible for reimbursement of non-refundable airline tickets and any other travel expenses in the event that a course is cancelled.
